All purchases are final. We do not accept returns nor entertain exchanges or refunds. 

A return/exchange/full refund will only be entertained when your purchase meets one of the conditions below:

• Wrong size received that is different to purchased size
• Wrong colour/model received that is different to purchased colour/model
• Unauthentic product received
• Your purchase has been lost in transit to you

Please message our support team should you require any assistance with your order. All returned products must be unworn, brand new, and in their original packaging. We reserve the rights to void the exchange/refund if the returned product has been worn or damaged by the customer.
